This is a remote position. Competencies & Skills required: 3+ years of experience editing video content for a variety of platforms -- web, organic social, YouTube, etc. Strong understanding of best practices for video content across the full range of media and platforms, and a portfolio of personal work to support it Basic understanding of performance marketing and how various creative approaches and execution play a role Ability to iterate quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with special emphasis in Premiere and After Effects (some graphic design experience is a plus) Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
