We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to create a great first impression and deliver excellent guest service. We’re hiring for both daytime Front Desk and overnight Night Audit shifts , so there may be an opportunity that fits your schedule and strengths.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.
• Answer questions, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
• Follow IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
• Night Audit: Complete nightly financial reports, reconcile daily transactions, monitor overnight hotel activity, and assist with setting up the morning breakfast buffet as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills; hotel front desk experience is a plus.
• Dependability and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, depending on the position.
