Enjoy a weekend schedule or something during the week!Location: Neenah, WI Wages:Weekdays: $18 an hourWeekends: $20 an hourHours:Weekend Shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm Fri/Sat/Sun & every other ThursdayWeekday Shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Wed & every other ThursdayResponsibilities:Perform production operations which may include saw operation, CNC bending, brazing, and related tasksPrepare and assemble materials for assigned parts in accordance with production schedules and work instructionsAccurately complete inspection records and required production documentationSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while following all safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work areaAdhere to all quality standards, inspection requirements, and work instructionsWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery deadlinesIdentify product or process nonconformances and follow established ISO procedures to resolve and document issuesParticipate in ongoing training and demonstrate compliance with safety, quality, and company standardsCross-train in multiple production areas as needed to support workflow and coveragePerform additional duties as assigned to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Experience or ability to operate production equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forkliftsWillingness to learn new processes and follow established proceduresAbility to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and documentationAbility to safely lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniquesBasic math skills and the ability to accurately use tape measures and digital calipersBasic computer proficiencyAbility to type at least 25 words per minute
