Leading a team of call center associates, the full-time Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations, provide training and support, and ensure quality and productivity goals are met in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee daily team activities and monitor key productivity indicators Onboard new employees and assist in their development to full capability Handle escalated calls and communicate solutions for continual improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of management experience, including hiring, training, and coaching 3+ years of call/contact center management experience, focusing on inbound and outbound call programs Healthcare image scheduling experience preferred Bachelor's degree required
