Join Discovery, a vibrant, high-quality Montessori community for children aged 12 weeks to 6 years.
The Opportunity. We are conducting a search for several full-time Classroom Assistants to support one of our new infant and toddler communities (ages 18 mos. - 3 years) on track tom open this spring! Under the direction of the Lead Guide, you will help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment. This position is Monday - Friday with start times ranging from 8:00am - 9:30am and end times ranging from 5:00pm - 6:30pm.
Montessori experience is not required, but we welcome educators with an appreciation for and openness to learning more about the method. We provide training and resources to our new staff members.
